Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery within the UK. Any shipment outside of the UK is not available at this time.

Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fullfil your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

For commissioned orders, process time will be discussed at time of order.

Please note we do not ship on Saturday/Sunday.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the item(s) ordered.

Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail and all products over a certain value will be sent using 48 tracked shipping.

Returns Policy

Standard Purchases

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

Commissioned/Personalised Purchases

As you will be fully involved though each step of your commissioned piece before completion, these pieces are non-returnable, however, this does not affect your rights if damage has occurred through transit.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked withing 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition. Payment will be refunded when the item(s) returned has been inspected and are in a re-saleable condition.

To return an item, place the item in it's original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We take no responsibility for lost items.
